Pink Lady

Alright, this was my drink last night for supper. I drank the Pink Lady at the Calanthe's Art Cafe which situated around the Jonker Walk area. The drink was superb. It has the taste of strawberry and vanilla. All I can say about the drink was that it was cool! It's ice blended with vanilla cream and a twist of strawberry cream too. Great. It's of about RM6.50 I think. Worth it. Worth it.

Should try a different one on my next stop there like the 13 States of Coffee. *laughs*

Again

My new blog look. As time pass by, I looked at my previous layout blog. It looked dark. So, I decided to brighten it up with this retro look.

It looked pretty for my blog.

I've got a lot of time to kill.

*laughs*

Hots and Colds

Yes, hots and colds. When you have known a friend for quite sometime, you tend to be closer and be getting along with each other.

But of all a sudden, they experience thermal shock. They tend to be cold towards you. Sometimes, you get real fed up with the colds that people give you when you were so friendly to them. This kind of thingy-thing really kills my heart. It does to you all to, right? It doesn't seem to be going well.

All of us have our own problems, am I not right? Everything seemed to be not right in that particular hour and we have to face it. But you don't have to 'expose' to people that you are having problems. That you are angry of something. Just keep it to yourself.

You don't have to expose to the people. You don't' even have to show to your friends that you are angry. Your friends are innocent. Your friends do not know what problems you are facing through.

I just experienced it today. This afternoon. At the very second. It made me wanna scream, shout, and do whatever that I can to let go of it. And I played Corrinne May's Let It Go in my own mind.

It all begin when the school's hour's over. When all kids were all ready to scream themselves home for joy. That's what I did during my primary years. Can't wait to go back.

We were having fun together as usual. 3 of us.

We went to MP. (To kill time till 3pm. Activity was on.)

We were walking around, making a fool of ourselves. I met some friends of my friends'. It was pretty nice hour. I met Kingley.

It all went well until the hour when we were about to go back to school. I hate to say this but my friend gave us a cold reaction. A sudden change. Thermal shock maybe I should say. But I don't like this kind of thing to occur.

When the time has come for us to go back to school for activity...

Something happened and she didn't share with us her problems. She kept to herself. And we have to face it.

She walked back alone. We watched as she walked faster. We ran and ran but she walked faster than us. (We ran and stopped, ran and stopped. No stamina. *laughs*) We took it easy at first.

But when she saw us back in school, it was as if she was a stranger to us. It wasn't us 3 anymore but 2. She sat far away from us. Stayed far away from us. As if we had viral infection or something.

So, what my friend and I did was to give her a smiling face. (Maybe I smile a lot. I don't know.) And we tried our best not talk to her because it might 'meet' with her feelings. And maybe she'll think something about us.

In another way, avoiding problems to occur.

My friend was so disappointed in her. So was I. Even a word of a bye didn't came out of her mouth.

Very disappointed.

I've let go of everything that I wish to say. I'm done with it.

New Look

Alright. I know. I gave my blog a new look. This is among the best skin that I can find that I am interested in. Flowery... Applause to my blog's new look!

I know. Pink... I was attracted to that colour these days. *laughs*

However, I am now wishing that I wouldn't have to go to school. It is always a drag to get up. You know... After your long long hours of sleeping on your comfy bed, you sure wouldn't wanna get up, right? So am I. *sigh*

With loads of homework that never seem to be finished. Form 5 really is killing me slowly.

I'm going to faint someday.

But not on November 25th. Yes, my friend, Sherina and I was counting the 14 days after November 12. Minus the weekends.

Yes, war with the papers.

Anyway, this is just a random post.

The Language

It was a new day. A wonderful day.

Flowers almost bloomed beautifully until my Dad plucked it out of its branch.

They smelled nice anyway.. But they withered a few moments later.

I opened the door. Checked the magazine about somekind of promotion. And I saw this.

Hmmm.. Such 'powerful' word. Ekstravaganza. I wonder what would the language turn to in the future. Its 2008 and they Englished the word. That's what my teachers told me. Interesting.
New word of 2008.

Alright, this is an old word. It was 'created' in 2007. Old...

Maybe in 2010, the language will be all Englished. Let me give an example:
"I am veri sori for wat I haf dan," says the Prima Ministar.

*laughs
*

I feel
sad for the language. For what they have turned it to.

They aren't as rich as P.Ramlee's time. Maybe they should've watched more black&white shows to add their vocabulary.

*shakes head*

17

I can't imagine what's like after SPM since I am 17 already. I don't see myself as 17. It passed by too fast. Maybe it's in early of the year, that's why.

So, what am I going to do after SPM?
Maybe, I am taking Chinese class.
And of course, I am going to learn driving! Yes, after SPM. That's what my Dad told me.

I shouldn't have fast forward my time. Should have to concentrate on my studies.

What about school at 17? Most of the time, I spend my time in school with my friends. Not really tension this week. No teachers. They have gone for courses. So, most of the time, we spend our time talking empty talks.

Jonker

The 1.3mp

Just went to Jonker Walk last night with the youths. Did something special when going to Jonker. Eating. Most of the time when I go there, I buy stuff for myself. But they did something special last night. They ate and ate. But I didn't eat. I ate my dinner before going out with them. Mom's food...

Us

So, they ate many weird food that I have never seen before. Maybe I haven't gone to Jonker for months. That's why. *laughs* I am outdated.

After a long walk around the streets last night, we went in the Yummy Yummy Food Station No. 69 (Am not promoting the shop. *laughs*). They looked at the menu. They asked, "What's the difference between Cendol and Nyonya Cendol?" So I told them that since the Peranakans love sugary food stuff, so the Nyonya Cendol is more sweeter than the normal Cendol.

So I think Magdalene tried that out. All of them ate except for Eunice and myself. And they ate like no one's business. Gooble gooble gooble. *laughs*

After much eating, the guys talked and talked. And we girls gossip about the guys crushes and stuff like that. We made heck of a noise in the shop last night. Made the owner of the shop shocked maybe. Who knows...

And Kingsley made us smiled for nothing for 10 seconds before the camera snaps. He is bad. Real bad... But this picture is worth it.

Thanks to Magdalene who brought the camera. Thanks for the pictures anyway.

---

Anyway, I just received the Youth camp '07 pictures from Magdalene too. Nice photos. I was 16! *laughs* If I am not mistaken, these pictures were taken on the 3rd day. The last day of the camp. It was in May. I was a fresh 16.

Alright, I wasn't ready yet

Over-ready

As you can see, we took pictures in sequence. Before leaving, we snapped pictures in the room. When leaving, we snapped pictures outside our room.

Roommates

Shop KL

Day 1

I went to KL last year that was last Saturday, with my Aunt and her family and my Mom. I had such a great time there shopping. On the Saturday morn, we shopped in Sunway Pyramid from morn till evening. No tired legs. No broken legs. Just tired mouths that has been speaking non-stop about the things in Sunway. It was fun anyway. I enjoyed myself.

We went to look at the Christmas decors there. It was as if like in the Snow White cartoon. With all the Ginger bread house and train and stuff like that. And the snowflakes. It was beautiful and spectacular.

I know, it wasn't Christmas anymore but the decors are still on till Jan1, that is today.

Anyway, what I can say about the Sunway Pyramid is that, it was real HUGE shopping mall. But I think Pavillion can 'fart' Sunway away.

Anyway, (whats with this 'anyway'?) after much shopping, we stopped by Esquire Kitchen for some delicious lunch. It was great. Food was deliciou5!

After lunch, we went shopping for more. But I bought less. *
laughs*

Comes the setting sun, so we went back. Before going back to the apartment, my Sis, Mom and me went to the Centrepoint supermarket to get somethings. And I saw this.

SPAM lite. Please do not eat it even though it is edible and it is the lite version. It may cause virus to your body system and your microchips in your body. *
laughs* It may look deceiving to you but please do not try. If you do, later you will have to send your body to the hospital to reformat. *laughs*

And I caught this too.

It is Slai O'lai. It is the Biskuit meant for pigs only. *
laughs* Pigs can quote this when they gave up hope on living. They'll say like this, "Oh lai, sly fox! (Oh come, sly fox!)" That is for the Hokkien pigs. *laughs*

Day 2

We went to the church in KL. It was double my home church. But the people there are friendly. Enjoyed their fellowship. And they thought I am working already! I don't know why they think I am working.

After church service, we went to Tesco, The Curve and Ikea. Ikea was packed with people that I don't wanna take any pictures. It will be people instead of the furnitures.

And you know what, the Christmas decors are still on. It was beautiful and similar to Sunway Pyramid.

After walking around The Curve, we looked at the spectacular and huge shopping centre that can never be found in Malacca here. And Sis decided to do this.

This photo was shot by my Sis, Deb, with her new Sony Ericsson phone.

Day 3

Woke up about 9 something. I was awoke by a call from my Sis. Didn't go anywhere. Just stayed at home and get lazy. And I played my Sis phone. It became a new attraction to me. Didn't care of what she did to my camera. I continued using her phone till her phone was almost half dead.

After that, I went to watch TV. And I realised that I fell asleep when I was watching the TV. When I woke up, I heard my Dad's voice and I was ready to go back home to Malacca.
