Bandung Day 4

this was the day when i visited the ibu kota of indonesia. JAKARTA!! 4 of us went. lya, maria, ming ceh and i. we woke up around 8 plus i think?

maria camera shy among us.

we had our awesome breakfast which almost killed my tongue because it was almost the same every morning. we packed and we checked out. left our baggages over in lya's place. and off we went.

the highway there is almost similar to the ones here but there is no speed limit when you take over the wheels. the police will not arrest you. how sweet eh?

so we arrived in jakarta after 2 hours of sitting in the car. went to have our lunch first in mall kelapa gading.

i ordered my own lunch!!! using a little of my peranakan language and a little bm with bahasa baku and a little english. oh that's basil chicken with rice. at first when i had my first few bites of them, it tasted delicious. but then i didn't manage to finish it. too much. if my teddy bear was there, everything will go to his little big fat tummy. hahahaha.

then we went to lya's grandma's place nearby to pass her somethings. after spending quite sometime with her family, her aunt brought us to jw marriot to check in. jw marriot baby!!! historical hotel.

this is around 6 plus in the evening. dark eh?

security there was very tight. i cant take any photos in the lobby. pretty pretty lobby but not allowed to take. x.x the security guard came and ask me to turn off my camera. so when we checked into our room, we started!!

rarr! and after we were in amazement for a few minutes (not yet puas yet), we had to have our dinner.

so we went to senayan city. another shopping mall and walked around first! hahaha. tummy can think about later.

we went to debenhams, the world for women.

damn it. how i wish i had all the credit cards in the whole world in order to get myself what i like. and if can, i want them all.

but nah. control thy eyes! and i had to undergo personal counselling with myself. hahaha.

checked zara. topshop. mng. you name it la. we went in. some of them we never heard of it here back in malaysia.

omg. there's this dress in zara. only rm88 after conversion!!! nice rite nice rite????? tapi tak dapat beli. :( so amek gambeh pun jadilah. hahaha. i spent about half an hour in this fitting room adoring this dress you know? hahahaha.

around 10pm only we had our dinner. proper dinner. and again, i ordered by myself! damn proud.

that is orange chicken rice by the way. wanted to try something that malaysia doesn't have at all. and when i started eating, every stalls were closing. the thing is that in jakarta, the shopping centres closes early. 10 plus they're closing already. but in bandung, the shops will be open until 1am or 2.

so after eating, we went back to our luxurious room. damn it so pretty how i wish i can live in this room all of my life. hahahaha. but dream on, ramona. dream on!

the toilet was very big.

its like half the size of my room. standard room at home. or maybe a little bit more? and they had iron board and iron for you to iron your clothes! they had baby sitting services. food. pet. they had everything la. it's just a call away!

i remembered clearly that i took shower at around 1 plus. and that was my first time in this year, drying my hair using the hair dryer! my hair is damn precious that i dont hair dry my hair at all but in order to sleep to charge my biological battery, i had to hair dry them.

the best thing was that lya and i played with the switches on the machine by the bedside while ming ceh was bathing. omg. we tried all of the buttons. desk. bedsides. door. tv. except for the bathroom and master. so i asked lya to try the master. both of us pressed and the whole room was darkkkk!! the only light we can see was from the window. hahahaha. and ming ceh was shouting lya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! maria, lya and i were laughing. omg. priceless moment.

and i slept like a baby. the bed was very comfortable and soft. 5 pillows sommore. what more can i ask for?
